Vegetable Pie

Essential Ingredients:

200 gms Potato
50 gms Beans
50 gms Carrots
50 gms Peas
1 Capsicum
2 Onion
4 tsp Flour
1 tsp Pepper
2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Butter
Salt to Taste

Cooking Instructions:

Make a thick white stew with half the potatoes and remaining vegetables. Boil and mash remaining potatoes. Grease a pie dish. Put in the vegetable stew. Cover with mashed potatoes. Top with butter and bake.
