Vegetable Cutlets

Essential Ingredients:

250 gms Potatoes
50 gms Carrot
50 gms Peas
2 Onion
1 Capsicum
1/2 Lime
Pepper to taste
1 Egg
50 gms Breadcrumbs
2 tsp Fat
1 tsp Refined Flour
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Boil and smash potatoes. Boil and chop carrots and peas. Mince onion, chop fine the capsicum. Mix chopped vegetables, onion, capsicum with mashed potatoes. Add lime juice, pepper and salt. Shape into cutlets, dip in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
