Stuffed Tomatoes

Essential Ingredients:

1/2 Kgs Tomatoes
200 gms Potatoes
2 Turnip
100 gms Carrot
100 gms Peas
4 Onion
1 Cup Sauce
Salt to Taste

Cooking Instructions:

Take round tomatoes and slice top, scoop out inside, sprinkle salt and leave to drain upside down.
Dice and boil vegetables, mix with sauce and stuff tomatoes chill. Serve hot.
