Ingredients:
250gm Sprouted Bengal gram
1tbsp Chilly powder
A pinch Turmeric
100gm Onions
4 Green chilies
½ bunch Coriander leaves
25gm Ghee
1 tsp Garam masala
1 Lemon
To taste Salt
Method:
Boil sprouted gram in just enough water to cook it. When half cooked add chilly powder, turmeric, and garam masala. When gram is cooked and co water remains, add salt. Chop onions finely and slice green chilies. In a big pan heat fat. Add onions. When browned add green chilies and cooked gram. Fry together for a few minutes. Remove from fire and serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves and slices of lemon.
