Ingredients:
500 gms Potatoes
4 Garlic Flakes Crushed
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chilly Powder
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Oil
Method:
Cut the potato into wedges (don’t peal the skin) cook in simmering water till slightly soft, dry and pat dry in a towel. Mix all the above seasoning and oil together arrange on a baking tray and toss potato wedges in it. Roast in convection mode 200 temperature till brown and crisp appro. 20 to 25 minutes. Till brown and crisp. Sprinkle with chat masala.
Serve hot.
