Ingredients:
500gm Bengal gram
100gm Coconut
5-6 Red chilies
Oil
To taste Salt
Method:
Soak the gram overnight. Boil till the skin separates. Slice coconut into fine slices. Heat oil in a fry pan. Add broken red chilies and coconut pieces. When coconut starts browning, add boiled gram and salt. Fry well. Remove and serve hot.
