Roast Potato

Essential Ingredients:

1 Kgs Potato
Oil
Salt to Taste

Cooking Instructions:

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into small sized portions. Boil in salted water drain well and heat fat in a roasting tray. Add the potatoes and lightly brown on all sides. Cook in a hot oven turning the potatoes once or twice. Cook to a golden brown drain. Serve hot with roast meat.
