Ingredients:
100gm Potatoes
100gm Onions
100gm Cauliflower
250gm Tomatoes
100gm French beans
100gm Peas
100gm Bottle gourd
100gm Carrots
5 Green chillies
6 Peppercorns
2 Cinnamons
6 Cloves
½ Coconut
To taste Salt
Method:
Wash and cut vegetables, green chillies, and potatoes, and boil. Crush the pepper, Cinnamon, cloves and salt and add to vegetables. when vegetables are properly cooked, Add thick coconut milk and keep on fire till it boils. Lower heat and let the curry simmer.
