500gm Whole-wheat flour
250gm Kidney beans
8 Green chilies
1 Onions
To taste Salt
A few springs Coriander leaves
50gm Fat
A pinch Cumin

Method:

Soak kidney beans for about 6 hours. Then cook till nicely soft. Grind together cooked kidney beans, green chilies, salt and cumin. Mix with flour, keeping aside a little f lour for rolling. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves and make medium consistency dough. Keep aside for half an hour. Knead well. Divide into even sized balls. Roll out small lemon thick. Heat griddle. Bake each roti for a minute, add fat round the edge. Turn over. Bake both sides. Serve hot.
