Pumpkin Halwa

Essential Ingredients:

500 gms Pumpkin
100 gms Sugar
1/2 lit Milk
50 gms Clarified Butter
20 gms Sultanas
20 Cashewnuts
4 Cardamoms

Cooking Instructions:

Wash, peel and grate pumpkin. Remove excess moisture by squeezing. Add milk and sugar and boil till it is dry, stirring all the time. Add ghee, sultanas and nuts, stir till quite dry. Add crushed cardamoms and remove.
