Essential Ingredients:
1 Kgs Potato
8 Slice Bread
4 Eggs
4 Onions
20 Green Chillies
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Lime Juice
Oil
Salt to Taste
Cooking Instructions:
Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Boil potatoes and peel and drain and dry on fire mash and cream. Heat little oil saute onions and green chillies. Add turmeric, creamed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice and salt to taste. Spread mixture about one inch thick on bread slices. Brush over with beaten egg seasoned with salt. Fry in shallow fat brown both sides.
