Potato Chilly Fry

Essential Ingredients:

2 Potatoes
2 Red Chillies
1 tsp Grated Coconut
1 tsp Tamarind
Small Piece Jaggery
4 Garlic
4 tsp Coconut Oil

Cooking Instructions:

Boil and peel potatoes and cut into one inch pieces. Grind chillies, grated coconut and tamarind. Add ground spices, salt and jaggery to the potato pieces. Keep on fire. Bring to boil and simmer for five to ten minutes. Fry crushed garlic in oil. Remove potatoes from fire and add fried garlic with the oil in which it was fried. Stir well and serve hot.
