Onion Dosa

Essential Ingredients:

1 Cup Rice Flour
100 gms Whole Wheat Flour
4 tsp Refined Flour
4 tsp Bengal Gram Flour
1 Cup Butter Milk
2 Onion
6 Green Chilly
1/3 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Cup Water
A pinch Bicarbonate
Oil
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Take a fry pan, heat some oil add mustard and as the seeds crackle, add chopped chillies, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. Mix all the flours together, add salt, buttermilk and soda and mix with enough water to form a thin, pouring consistency batter. Add the fried ingredients and stir well. Pour a tsp. of oil on the griddle. Pour a ladle of batter over and spread thinly. When one side is brown, turn over and brown the other side. Remove, Serve hot with peanut chutney.
