Mutton Jeera

Essential Ingredients:

250 gms Mutton
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1 Onions
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Fat

Cooking Instructions:

Clean and cut meat into pieces. Chop onions fine. Roast and powder cumin, chop coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients. Shape like sausages and shallow fry.
