Mutton Chops With Potato

Essential Ingredients:

1 Kgs Mutton Shops
1/2 Kgs Potatoes
2 Egg
100 gms Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Onion
10 tsp Butter
2 tsp Milk
Salt to taste
Fat to fry

Cooking Instructions:

Wash and clean chops. Beat with blunt side of knife. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little fat. Fry sliced onion. Add chops and a little water and boil till chops are tender and no moisture is left. Make mashed potatoes. Cover chops. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
