Mutton Chilly Fry

Essential Ingredients:

1 Kgs Mutton
4 Onions
6 Flakes Garlic
A Small Piece Ginger
7 Cloves
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cummin
10 Red Chillies (without seeds)
4 tsp Tamarind
50 gms Fat
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions
:

Cut mutton into pieces after cleaning thoroughly. Grind ginger, cumin, half the onion, chillies and turmeric. Now slice the other half of the onion and garlic. Heat and fry onion and garlic lightly adding fat. Add powdered cloves and fry. Add meat and the ground spices. Fry well, cover pan and cook on a slow fire without water for half an hour. Add hot water and salt, simmer till meat is tender. When meat is cooked, add tamarind pulp. Cook for a few minutes longer.
