Ingredients:

4 Eggs
100gm Onions
50gm Coconut
5 Chilly powder
3 Peppercorns
3 flakes Cloves
1 Cinnamon
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:

Hard- boil and shell eggs. Grind to a fine paste coconut, chilly powder, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon and salt. Slit eggs length- wise and stuff with ground spices. Tie with threads. Heat oil. Add sliced onions and brown. Add remaining spices and a little water and simmer till spices are cooked. Add eggs and bring to boil. Remove
