Makki ki roti

Ingredients:

500gm Maize flour (coarse)
1 ½ tsp Salt
5 tsp Malted butter or ghee

Method:

Sieve the flour. Add salt. Prepare stiff dough by gradually adding the water. Mix and knead and use at once. Separate enough dough to make one roti.
