Eggs Spicy Curry

Ingredients:

5 - Boiled Eggs
1 tsp - Roasted Peanuts
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
2 tsp - Coconut
4 - Garlic Flakes
2 - Green Chillies
1 tsp - Poppy Seeds
1/4 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp - Tamarind paste
2 - Red chilli
1/2 - Chilli powder
1 tsp - Coriander powder
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
1/4 tsp - Garam masala powder
salt - To Taste
Small Curry leaves
Oil

Method:

Heat the pan and add some oil then add boiled eggs and fry for two minutes and remove. Make small slits length of the eggs and keep aside. Dry roast sesame seeds and poppy seeds for five minutes. Grind poppy seeds, sesame seeds,fresh coconut and roasted peanuts to a fine paste adding some water. Keep aside.

Heat the pan and add some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves,dry red chilli,green chilli and chopped garlic fry for golden colour and then add the ground paste. Saute till oil seperates, medium heat and stirring it constantly so that it doesnt burn. Now
add chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder. Add the boiled eggs and mix well.Add tamarind paste and let it cook covered for five minutes. Now add one cup water and salt, cover and cook on medium flame for about ten minutes. Lastly add garam masala powder.

Serve hot along with plain biryani, white rice, roti, paratha.
