Egg and Potato Fry

Essential Ingredients:

6 Boiled Eggs
4 Onions
6 Potato
11/2 tsp Pepper
Oil
Salt to Taste

Cooking Instructions:

Slice onions and fry in oil till it becomes golden brown, add sliced boiled thick potatoes and cook for ten minutes. Stirr well. Beat eggs with seasoning. Increase heat pour in beated eggs. Lift edges to let fluid edd flow under. Cook till eggs set. Serve unfolded and hot.
