Ingredients:
250gm Split green gram
100gm Potatoes
100gm Brinjals
100gm Drumsticks
100gm Green banana
Oil
4 Red chilies
A pinch Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
100gm Onions
To taste Salt
Method:
Wash and cook the gram. when gram is cooked, add prepared vegetables, turmeric and salt. When vegetables are tender, remove. Temper with whole chilies, sliced onions and cumin. Serve hot.
