Essential Ingredients:
1/2 Kgs Chicken
1/2 tsp Cummin
5 Red Chillies (remove seeds)
1 Piece Ginger
4 Garlic
1/4 tsp Coriander
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp vinegar
Fat
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Grind turmeric, garlic, ginger, cummin seeds, coriander and chillies together with vinegar and salt. Now Clean and joint the chicken and mix well with the ground ingredients. Allow this for one hour. After this fry in fat, sprinkle water and cook covered till chicken in tender and there is no gravy. Serve hot.
