Cauliflower Curry

Essential Ingredients:

Cauliflower : 1 (Big)
Chilly Powder : 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder : 2 tsp
Peas : 150 gms
Tomato : 150 gms
Ghee : 50 gms
Onion : 3
Turmeric : 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves : Small
Salt to Taste
Cauliflower Curry on Indian Recepies
Cooking Instructions :

1. Wash and Clean Cauliflower and cut into small pieces.
2. Heat the pan and add little ghee and fry chopped onion till transparent. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric. Fry for few minutes.
3. Now add cauliflower and shelled peas. Fry for some more time (few minutes).
4. Add tomatoes (chopped) and a little stock or water and salt.
5. Cook on a very slow fire till vegetables are well cooked.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot.

Suits well with Chappathi, Non, Parotta, Plain Rice, Fried Rice, Biryani
