Carrot Chutney

Essential Ingredients :

Carrots : 250 gms
Cumin Seeds : 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds : 1 tsp
Garlic : 5 Flakes
Curry leaves : 1 String
Oil : 2 tsp
Green chilies : 4
Coconut : 1 cup
Red Chilly : 2
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Urdu Dal : 1 tsp
Salt : To taste
Coriander Leaves

Carrot Chutney

Cooking Instructions :

1. Fry sesame seeds and cummin seeds in a pan into a fine powder (without oil) and collect it in a bowl.
2. Heat the pan add some oil fry separately mustard seeds, urdu dal, red chilly, green chilly, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves and carrot fry for golden brown colours. Grind all of them.
3. Then add sesame and cummin powder (already in a bowl) and grind them to make them to paste.
4. Now Carrot Chutney is Ready

Serve along with Idly, Dosa, Adai, Uthappam
