Ingredients:
2 - Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
4 - Capsicums
1 - Cardamom
1 Inch - Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp - Pepper
1 - Clove
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp - Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp - Garam masala
salt - To Taste
Small leaves curry leaves

Method:
Heat the pan add some oil. Add cumin seeds and add the whole spices and curry leaves and fry for a few minutes. Now add the potatoes and salt and let them cook with lid on medium heat till half cooked. Now add the capsicums and cook with lid on medium heat till completely
cooked. Add pepper powder and garam masala and mix well.
Serve hot along with chapati and rice.
