Essential Ingredients:

Beans : 100 gms
Pumpkin : 100 gms
Avaraikai : 100 gms
Brinjal : 100 gms
Plantain : 1/2 Piece (raw banana)
Drumstick : 1 No
Yam : 1 Piece
Mango : 1 Piece
Potato : 1 No
Coconut : 11/2 Cup
Curd : 2 Cups
Green Chilly : 15
Coconut Oil : 5 tsp
Cummin Seeds : 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves

Cooking Instruction:

1. Wash and peel vegetables and cut them into long pieces.
2. Grind together coconut, chillies and cummin seeds to a fine paste.
3. Beat the curd well.
4. Boil vegetables in sufficient water with turmeric and salt.
5. Add ground ingredients, beaten curds and curry leaves and bring to boil.
6. Pour fresh coconut oil and remove from fire. Serve hot.
7. Serve with Plain Rice and Adai Dosa
